I was born and raised in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, where I still live with my husband and son.

While a passion for books and dreams of being an author have been ever-present since childhood, after graduating with a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing I traded the library for the office and joined the corporate world. Over the past decade I have built a procurement career in the food industry which I’m fortunate enough to love… most days!

If you were to ask me what my favourite things are I’d say chocolate buttons, Moet Rose champagne, Big Thunder Mountain, and a romance novel with, of course, a happily ever after.
